Safety Notice HeartSine Samaritan PAD-PAK

Stryker has detected a problem with specific batch numbers of  the HeartSine Pad-Pak for adults.  The affected Pad-Paks may be unusable due to deflated battery cells.  A recall has been initiated by Stryker for this.  Customers who received a potentially affected Pad-Pak via Medisol have been informed.  If you own a Pad-Pak purchased from Medisol and you have not been informed about the recall, you have nothing to worry about.  This means that your HeartSine Pad-Paks are safe to use.
